We offer this site, along with all the information, tools, and services available on it, to you, the user, based on your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to follow these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including any additional terms or policies referenced here or accessible via hyperlinks. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, such as browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you should not access the site or use any services. If these Terms of Service are seen as an offer, acceptance is strictly limited to these terms.

Short Term Rental (Without Driver)

  • Following are the requirements for the client prior to delivery of the car.
  1. CNIC copy of the client
  2. Drivers License of the client
  3. CNIC copy of a relative or neighbor 
  4. Residence last paid utility bill
  5. Security cheque
    (A security cheque is a post-dated cheque equal to the worth of the car that acts as a guarantee for the renter of the vehicle in case of any damage or theft of the vehicle) 
  6. The booking confirmation amount is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable. 
  • The client will pay the complete rent at the time of delivery of the car.
  • The client will return the car with the amount of fuel that the car had at the time of delivery of the car.
  • The client will pay all toll taxes, parking fees, and refueling.
  • Any detour from the initially informed itinerary will be notified in advance and may be charged extra. 
  • The car will not go to the areas where vehicle damage could occur. 
  • If the number of days exceeds the initial booking, the client will inform one day in advance and will pay the extra amount in advance. 
  • In case of any car damage or fault, the client needs approval from the owner before getting it fixed.
  • In case of major or minor damage to the car, the client is responsible for paying the following
    1. Rent for the number of days the car is under maintenance.
    2. The total cost of the repair by taking an estimate from the official dealership.
    3. Depreciation of the car from the market value of the car prior to the damage.
  • A video of the car at the time of delivery should be made by the client and the renter to support their claims. 
  • The client will receive the car fully serviced and clean, and the return of the vehicle will be accepted in the same condition. If not, the client is bound to pay for the service of the vehicle.
 

Short Term Rental (With Driver)

  • A CNIC copy of the client is required.
  • The booking confirmation amount is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
  • Food and accommodation for the driver will be provided by the client. (Most hotels have accommodation for the drivers that can be used)
  • The client will pay the complete rent at the start of the trip in cash.
  • The client will return the car with the amount of fuel that the car had at the time of delivery of the car.
  • All toll taxes, parking fees, and refueling will be paid by the client on spot. 
  • The standard duty of the driver is 12 hours. Additional hours may be billed separately.
  • Any detour from the initially mentioned itinerary will be notified in advance and may be charged extra.
  • The car will not go to the areas where vehicle damage could occur.
  • If the number of days exceeds the initial booking, the client will inform one day in advance and will pay the extra amount on spot.
